We have a beautiful indoor temperature controlled main Event Hall that seats up to 120.
We have (10) round 60” tables.

Our venue includes a prep and staging kitchen designed to support caterers during your event. The kitchen may be used for food preparation, plating, and service staging, but it is not equipped for cooking.
Outside Caterers
Outside caterers are welcome, and there is no additional fee for using an outside catering service.
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of events, all caterers must be approved by the venue manager at least 5 days prior to your event date and must complete the required documentation listed below.

Cleaning & Service Responsibilities
Caterers are responsible for managing all food-related service and cleanup during the event.
This includes:
Serving all guests during the event
Bussing tables of all food-related items
Removing food-related trash
Completing food-related cleanup before leaving the venue
Caterers must remain onsite until all guests have been served and tables have been cleared of food-related items.
Catering Cleaning Deposit
A $250 cleaning security deposit is required from all outside caterers.
The deposit is 100% refundable if all tables have been bused and all food-related cleanup has been completed.
The deposit may be paid the day before the event.
Deposits will be refunded the following business day after the event.

The Event Center Jacksonville is an unlicensed venue, which means we do not sell, provide, or distribute alcohol. However, alcohol may be served at private events through a host-provided bar.
Host-Provided Bar
You are welcome to bring in beer, wine, and spirits to serve your guests at no additional charge. This is referred to as a host-provided bar, meaning the alcohol is purchased and provided by the event host for their guests.
All alcohol must be brought to the venue by the person hosting the event, and all TABC rules and regulations apply.
Bartender Requirement
All alcohol must be served by a TABC-certified bartender at all times.
For safety and compliance:
All spirits must remain behind the bar
Alcohol must be served by the bartender only
Self-service alcohol stations are not permitted
At the end of the event, bartenders will secure and box any remaining alcohol. Hosts may pick up leftover spirits the following day. For safety and liability reasons, no spirits are allowed to leave the venue the night of the event.
Bartending Services
If you are not using a preferred caterer for food service, you will be required to hire bartenders through one of our preferred alcohol service vendors.

Private Events Only
Host-provided bars are only permitted for invitation-only private events.
Events that are open to the public or charge admission may require a temporary permit from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) in order to serve or sell alcohol.
Corporate Events
For corporate events, many caterers offer full beverage service, including:
Hosted bars
Cash bars
Drink ticket options
Consumption-based bar service
These caterers can manage alcohol service and handle the appropriate TABC compliance for your event.
Alcohol Delivery
Because the venue does not hold a Beer, Wine, or Liquor license, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the event host and delivered directly to The Event Center Jacksonville prior to the event.
All alcohol will be monitored and served by a TABC-certified bartender throughout the duration of the event.
Alcohol Liability
The event host assumes full responsibility for the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol by their guests. The Event Center Jacksonville does not sell or provide alcoholic beverages and is not responsible for the actions of guests related to alcohol consumption.
All alcohol service must comply with the rules and regulations of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). Bartenders are responsible for verifying legal drinking age, refusing service to intoxicated individuals, and ensuring responsible alcohol service throughout the event.
By hosting an event where alcohol is served, the renter agrees to hold harmless and indemnify The Event Center Jacksonville, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the service or consumption of alcohol during the event.

If your event will be having alcohol, we require that you use is a licensed and insured bartending service. We recommend Pour Me.

Security is required for every event that serves alcohol at The Event Center Jacksonville Texas. Officers are typically hired through the City of Jacksonville at a set hourly rate.

We have enough chairs to seat 120 people in the Event Hall. We can only provide 10 round 60” tables that seat a max amount of 80. You can rent additional tables if you need more.

Renting The Event Center Jacksonville TX gives you access to the space during the rental times agreed upon per your package selection.

Yes, The Event Center Jacksonville requires a certificate of liability insurance coverage for all events if you serve alcohol. You also must obtain Event Liquor Liability Insurance that includes post event coverage and names The Event Center Jacksonville TX as additional insured. Small events with less than 50 guests that do not serve alcohol do not require event certificate of liability insurance. You can check with your homeowners insurance company for event date coverage or also www.theeventhelper.com. This protects you and us from a liability situation. The policy must list The Event Center Jacksonville as insured (certificate holder). Even if we don't require it, we encourage you to consider purchasing event insurance just to be safe.

We ask that you leave the space the way your found it. You are responsible for having the venue cleaned after the event.
Friday-Saturday event must be cleaned up by 1am.
Weekdays event must cleaned up by 10pm. -
The event must be concluded by 12am on Friday-Saturday. Everything must be cleaned up by 1am.

A deposit is required to officially secure your date. Half is due upon signing the contract and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date or on the event date.
